Chicago-Style Stepping (also spelled steppin') is an 8-count form of partner dancing with origins from such styles as the Bop, Salsa, Western Swing and Ballroom.
This smooth and classy art form is primarily danced to medium-tempo music. It is sweeping the WORLD as a dance that exudes creativity and style.
There’s no need to bring a partner, but bring one if you have one and be sure to invite friends; the more the merrier.
Bring a cold bottle of water; wear comfortable, casual clothing and smooth-soled shoes (sneakers not advised).
