Event Details
We are meeting at Rockledge Country Club to learn more from Mental Health Counselor Kristin Woodling, of Pamper Your Mind.
Mom guilt is a repeating mantra: “What I offer my children is not good enough.” Letting go of mom guilt is being compassionate toward yourself, making space for mistakes, acknowledging you need breaks, and accepting help.
ABOUT UNWRAP THE BEST YOU:
We host an annual Unwrap the BEST You symposium focused on helping women achieve their best physical, mental and spiritual selves, but we knew meeting once a year wasn't enough. We wanted to provide an outlet for our Unwrap community to continue to meet, grow and connect. So to continue the good work on ourselves, we host meet-ups every other month — in the same months that we publish EverythingBrevard Magazine: January, March, May, July, September, November.
We meet at different venues and showcase diverse presenters to educate, enlighten and help you unwrap your best self.
We are delighted to have Kristin present in May!
About Kristin Woodling:
Kristin Woodling, a licensed mental health counselor and certified marriage and family therapist, is the owner of Pamper Your Mind, LLC in Satellite Beach. She is devoted to providing a confidential and elite therapeutic experience to professional women seeking healing, clarity, and balanced lifestyle for optimal health. Woodling promotes strong mental health services in her community and teaches counseling at Webster University and Eastern Florida State College. She is a graduate of the 360 Ignite program offered through WeVenture at Florida Institute of Technology and enjoys volunteering as a mentor to help other professionals excel personally and professionally.
