??“It’s a Key West Christmas” this year!!! We will leave it up your imagination: little bit of pirate ?☠️, little bit of palm tree ?, little bit of Key West ??

-We set sail on 12/17/2022 ?(Roughly 5:30-details below)
‼️ This year's theme is in memory of a local legend, Skip Harris. Founder of the Merritt Island Kids Fishing Clinic, FSFA President, Avid Flyfisherman, Holder of many FSFA records and HUGE Key West/Hemingway fan-hence this years theme! ?
??His biggest pride was to decorate his house for the parade!! So this year, the organizers of this event are donating time and resources to light Skip's house up so the party can go on!
? Can’t wait to light up the canals of Merritt Island this year in honor of Skip!
‼️Parade Route‼️
?After careful consideration from boaters and homeowner alike, We have decided to stick to the normal (North) parade route for this year mainly due to lack of staging.
?In respect and consideration for everyone involved (by boat or land), we will begin the parade roughly 5:30 (30-40 minutes earlier than years past) to better organize the line and get things under way. Please, please, please plan to do the entire parade route this year to ensure nobody gets left behind. There are many families, parties and people who count on us!
?We appreciate everyone for the countless calls, messages and input on this decision and hope everyone can stick together so nobody misses out on this years holiday cheer!
