Every Friday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm we offer an open gym for school age children. After an initial warm up and stretch period, students are free to choose skills and events that they would like to practice on with a coach’s supervision! Member $10/Non$15

This is a great chance to get extra practice in or come try out gymnastics in our facility and get to know our coaches.
