Build a Giraffe Kids Art Class at Studios of Cocoa Beach

The Studios of Cocoa Beach is offering several one day classes in July at the gallery 165 Minuteman Causeway, in downtown Cocoa Beach.
Friday July 13, 2018 9 am to noon OR 1 - 4 pm
Giraffe Gourd Workshop with Fonda Haddad
Giraffes are the tallest animals of them all.  Fonda Haddad, an award winning fiber artist, will help you create a giraffe from two gourds .  Students will choose a  long handle dipper gourd for he body and a miniature gourd for the head..The giraffes may be traditional with tan body and brown spots or can be funky with a white body and zentangle type black designs.  Each giraffe will have eyes, ears and short horns and a fiber tail.  The three hour class is offered twice, a morning and afternoon session.

All classes are held at the Studios of Cocoa Beach , 165 Minuteman Causeway , Cocoa Beach. a non-profit gallery and the creative hub of downtown Cocoa Beach with a full schedule of workshops in a variety of techniques from beginner to advanced, adults and children. The Studio is open Monday and Tuesday 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday 10:30 am-8pm and Sunday 11 am-4 pm.
