We are a brand new company. DressHer Drawers Apparel was started because we wanted to provide the type of care and customer support that many businesses are lacking today. Our goal is to provide you with quality apparel at low prices. We also strive to work at providing you with great customer service and hassle free problem solving if you are unsatisfied with any of our products. For now our only contact is through email but we will be working to update and better our service in the future for all our customers.
Our policy lasts 7 days after you receive your shipment. Contact us withing 7 days after receiving goods for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package for refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If product is damaged or wrong due to our error we will pay for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited quanities.
