Boots on the Ground Theater believes the solution to closing the gap between people exists in the act of storytelling. Founded by graduates of Coastal Carolina University, BOTG turns narratives into pathways for understanding, fosters conversation, debate, and action within disparate communities, combats ignorance and promotes truth. Our company uses dynamic texts—from established writers to first-time storytellers—to engage with individuals across the country. Since June of 2017, we have managed to produce two theatrical events in three different states with some incredible feedback and support. Though we are passionate about art, telling stories and creating safe spaces where the limits are challenged; our passion is people. We aim to use our strengths to empower, love and bring together - people.
