A-1 Community Choice has confidently provided ethically based services within Brevard County since December of 2006. We provide quality care to help meet the needs of our individuals. As experienced providers we maintain the ability to place well trained employees with families seeking a caregiver. Our goal is to always keep the individual and their family's desires first. As an agency we provide Medicaid Waiver based services that include Supported Living Coaching, Personal Supports, Life Skills Development 1 (Companion), and Respite.
