Sifu Santos has been training in Wing Chun Since 2005 under Darrel Jordan. In 2007 he became a disciple and was given the name Lee Yi Man. He is also a certified personal trainer (NESTA), and has experience in Western Boxing, wrestling, and Tai Chi.
