Our staff, which includes 6 Nationally certified instructors, are here for you and your family. We offer day and evening classes at two convenient locations in Port St. John. Think you're too old, overweight, or just too out of shape? Never! Some of our beginning students are over 50 and have never tried any type of martial arts or physical training. When a student enters our Songahm Taekwondo do-jahng, the focus of his or her training is not only on physical strength and growth, but also on important skills that will help lead to personal successes in life. These Life Skills will benefit our students inside the classroom and beyond. After all, a healthy individual is characterized by a strong body and a strong mind so that you can attack any curve ball life throws your way. Attend classes in knife self-defense, weapons training, sparring, pressure points, ground fighting, judo, and SHARP (Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention.) Join our leadership program or our Extreme Martial Arts demonstration team. Go to tournaments in Florida or around the U S. Join our American Taekwondo Association (ATA) certified do-jahng and dedicate yourself to a life of success!
