I took my 5 year old daughter for her first Mommy/daughter mani pedi. I will say, it started off a great experience, and the owner made great accommodations for us. Towards the end of our services, there were clients waiting so we quickly paid and left. Upon arriving home and taking a closer look, I noticed that my nails were extremely thick, there were jagged points, and my color was streaky. After not even 48 hours, all of my daughter's nails were gone and mine had all lifted. I sent a message through the store contact form, to kindly inform and attempt to have the issues fixed, as after $180 total, I expected quality that would last longer than a couple of days. I received no response, however as it was around New Years I waited a couple of days, then resent my concerns. Still no response. At day 6, all but my thumbnails were gone, and those were only partly attached. I sent another updated message with no response. After almost two weeks, with no response or resolution, we disputed a PORTION of the total $180 for dissatisfied services (as allowed by the fair credit billing act when a merchant does not respond or offer a resolution) At this point, we finally received contact, b
