We hired Kevin Burke to optimize our website and add a page promoting new services that we were offering in the commercial restaurant industry. Kevin came in with a really competitive price and since he was local we made the decision to give him a try. A down payment was made for him to get started on the site and he gave an estimated time of completion within 2 weeks. Weeks went by and Kevin continued to promise that the site would be completed by the next week or the week after. This went on for 14 weeks. I began doing a deep search on him via Google and discovered that several other companies had taken him to court over the same issue. After contacting the local police and attempting to recoup my deposit back I then asked Kevin to show me what he had accomplished on the site. He continued to avoid my requests and promised to return my deposit.
