Monday – November 23rd
CRUSH: Partner Hero Battle “Dorie for Veteran’s Day
Buy In:
• 400m Partner Farmer/ Kettle Bell Carry (one partner carries heavy KB, one carries lighter kbs/ swap as often as needed to complete 400m lap) (sub 800m Run/ 1000m Row)
Then:
• Partner A – Timer: 1 Round of
o 15 RKBS 35/53 (AMC: 10 HPC 65/95)
o 10 Burpees
o 5 SDHP 35/53 (AMC: 5 G2OH/Power Clean & Jerk 65/95)
• Partner B: Max Wall Balls during timer (Goal: 150 Wall Balls AFAP as partners)
o Teams continue to rotate until partner goal of 150 Wall Balls is reached
Then in time remaining:
• AMRAP of just station A (You Go I Go with partner; one works/ one rests)

Front or Back Squat (AMC Squat Cleans 5X2 @80%)
Warm Up: 8@bar, 5@50%-60%

Optional Core Activation (to be performed in between the warm up sets)
• Back Squats = Hollow Body Holds 3x20-30 seconds
• Front Squats = Arch Body Holds 3x20-30 seconds

Battle: AMRAP in 13 mins
• 3 Trinity Makers (^6 KB Hang Power Snatch)
• 6 Double DB/KB OH Walking Lunges (1-2-3…) (scale to front rack)

*MANDATORY 30-60 sec REST between sets
*Aim to go hard and unbroken for all 18 reps. Then rest at least 30 seconds & repeat. Goal is to work on sprinting and recovering quickly.
