William and Nora Wells’ vision and their generosity gifted the area with Wells Park and the first auditorium, the first library, establishing the first high school, and many more things in the area, all of which have been a benefit for residents of several generations. Green Gables will be a living history museum and a community outreach center on the greenspace of the Indian River Lagoon. Together we can restore Green Gables and save history.
