Donation Based Holiday Flow w/ The Yin Yangsters

Join us in the studio for the gift of giving! Koah and Amy, "Yin Yangsters" will be leading a flow on Christmas Eve.

This class will be donation based with 100% of the proceeds in support of To Write Love On Her Arms (TWLOHA).

TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, and inspire. It is a Melbourne-based, non-profit organization which aims to present hope for people struggling with addiction, depression, self-injury and thoughts of suicide while also investing directly into treatment and recovery.

This class will be an all levels class that will get you started (yang) and slow you down (yin). What better way to kick off your holiday.
