You are Invited! With budget season right around the corner, Leland Management is pleased to offer a Complimentary Budget and Reserve Course.
Event Details
These courses are ideal for anyone looking for the knowledge and tools necessary to make their job as a Board Member easier.
The Budget side of the course will provide techniques that incorporate legal compliance and best practices which also includes how to read your financials. This portion of the course will be presented by Mark Gerstle, CPA.
The Reserve side of the course, presented by Reserve Advisors, will help make your communities healthier and wealthier by wisely identifying, calculating and funding reserves. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of requirements and procedures for establishing reserves for community associations, with special emphasis on the statutes 718.112 and 720.303 and FL Administrative Code (61B-22.005). Understand the ins-and-outs of reserves, reserve studies, component method funding, cash flow or “pooled” funding and items often overlooked in reserve schedules.
