The Viera Company will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Viera Town Center Dog Park & Playground on Friday, November 16th at 2:00pm. As the Viera Town Center continues to take shape with the recently opened Fairfield Inn & Suites, the upcoming Centre Pointe luxury apartments, and future mixed-use components, the addition of a children’s playground, open green space, and dog park areas represents key recreational space for the Town Center. The new park and playground are located on the northwest corner of Colonnade Drive and Rodina Drive behind theCentre Pointe luxury apartments which are under construction. The parks and playground are open to visitors tothe Viera Town Center. The adjoining sidewalk has been purposefully constructed with enough green space on either side to accommodate vendorevent tents, allowingthe Town Center toserve as anideal location forart festivals, farmers’markets, and other exciting community events.“We invite members of the communitytothe Viera Town Center Dog Park & Playground on November 16thto celebrate as we unveilthis important, newamenitywhich will serveas thenext addition tothe Town Center,” stated Todd J.
