The class will be a humorous take on traditional military style physical training (aka PT) followed by some yin to stretch you out and cool you down.

Join us on Memorial Day for a special Boot Camp with Yin.
The boot camp session will be led by Lieutenant John Hearin, US Marine Corps Reserves (inactive, very inactive). Semper Fidelis.
The Yin session will be led by Stephanie Testa.
Memorial Day Weekend Schedule
Saturday - normal schedule
Sunday - normal schedule
All other yoga classes on Memorial Day Monday are cancelled
