“Painter’s Pursuit” Exhibit Opens at Studios of Cocoa Beach
The Studios of Cocoa Beach will hold an opening reception for it’s latest exhibit “Painter’s Pursuit” on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 6 to 9 pm
Eight guest artists will display paintings in a show that explores their personal approaches to art. The evening will include wine, food bites from Long Doggers, and the announcement of the best in show award, Attendees can enter a free drawing for a print of Phyllis Shipley’s latest painting “Outburst.”
The show is an opportunity to meet the guest artists as well as many of the 30 member artists of the Studios of Cocoa Beach. This non-profit, co-op gallery is the creative center of downtown Cocoa Beach. Located at 165 Minuteman Causeway, the Studios offers workshops and classes for children and adults, beginners to advanced.
The Studio is open Monday and Tuesday 10:30am-3:30 pm, Wednesday through Saturday 10:30 am-8pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. For more information on the exhibits, artists, and the workshop schedule, call 321-613-3480 or visit the website: www.studiosofcocoabeach.org
