Miami, the Magic City, is the sun and fun capital of Florida. Its home to an eclectic and diverse population; and is a popular vacation spot with its many beautiful beaches.

It was the perfect next move for MyArea Network’s Florida expansion and launch of the 305area site and marketplace.

The Miami site will cover things to do, events, nightlife and family fun and everything in between. The goal of MyArea Network’s President and CEO Scott Conlon is to be “the best free local guide to all things Miami.”

Miami has a salsa hot nightlife where you can always find a party, no matter what time it is. Ultraclub E11even has partnered with 305area and has seen a positive sales growth.

Since it’s Miami expansion 305area has covered annual events like Art Basel, Miami Music Week and a review of all of the art, music and food festivals hitting Miami in 2018. The site also covers local things to do like a walking tour of Little Havana, exploring Miami Beach on two wheels and area attractions Lincoln Road, Cape Florida State Park and more.

305area is a great source for dining in Miami with a heavy restaurant list with specialty articles featuring topics about romantic restaurants in Miami, the best sushi or which places compete for the best Cuban sandwich in Miami.

For the tourist, 305area has a range of cheap hotels to resort hotels and family-friendly events to do with the kids. We even have an insider’s guide to getting around Miami. TIP: it’s a lot of traffic, be prepared!

President and CEO Scott Conlon is excited to be in the Miami market, "Miami is a hot spot for both fun and business so we're happy to take on this exciting market."
